We are looking to buy our first home and it doesn't come with interior air, however it say in the details on the home "Heating/Cooling: Natural Gas; Heating/Cooling Type: Forced Air". Does this be a sign of they already have everything hooked up to draw from central nouns or do we need to hold all the duct work done? I am not sure if anyone can answer this or not in recent times curious on how much it is going to cost. If what it comes with ability we can have it put surrounded by how much will it cost us and if it means we call for duct work etc how much will that cost us? Just a general thought thank you!
If your house is heated with forced nouns, you've got the duct work within place already. Therefore, you've got some option for cooling. There are different types so I'd contact a heating/cooling contractor to see what types would work best for your particular home.
From the description, it sounds resembling the house HAS natural gas heat.

Another consideration is whether the existing electrical supply to the house is sufficient to allow for inner air or whether it will own to be upgraded. Air conditioning sucks power like crazy.
