The motor head is spitting out rubbish and pushing out dust. The platform canister unit come across to be working properly. I checked and the vacuum dust bag is fine and does not have need of to be changed yet. I believe the glitch is in the extension next to the motor head. I've browsed some websites and do not see it offered as an auxiliary. Do you think it could be replaced? Thanks.

Answers:    Certainly it can be replaced, but I bet it doesn't have need of to be. Try taking the wands out of the power organizer elbow and check to see if there's an obstruction of some sort contained by there. If the brush roll turns and there's a fully clad amount of bristle left on the roller, next the belt is most likely OK, and so is the motor. The most promising cause of the dirt not going up the tubes is a plug. Replacement of the complete power commander assembly would probably cost over $100, which is a lot to spend when you could of late have a plugged wand, or hose. Check both.

Put a sizeable piece of paper underneath the nozzle with the vacuum on. If you can turn the power cranium off, do so. If the serious newspaper doesn't get sucked solidly to the nozzle, in attendance is something stuck in the cranium or the hose that prevents the suction from the canister from sucking up the dirt. If the power head is revolving, near would be no reason to replace it.
