I am in a house where on earth its agreed all bills are inclusive. The proprietor has the just access to boiler and limits the amount of heat we can have. Can they do this seeing as i enjoy an agreement where gas and electric is rewarded for in rent?
Answers: Yes As he pays the bills he can restrict what he considers as unreasonable usage... The answer is to payment your own utility bills, but this is difficult if there is simply one ,meter in a multi occupance dwelling ...
