I don't have a plunger.
It is too unsettled now to progress out and buy one.
Is it ok to pour in bleach and confer on overnite to see if it work?
Will it harm the toliet?

I don't deem any object dropped contained by there. Maybe near are too many papers.
Answers:    Taking into article the situation you are in and your removal of proper tools. What you want to do is work on the theory that marine doesn't compress, so if you can force large amounts of hose down your toilet, hopefully it will dislodge the blockage!

Bleach will soften the blockage, it may enfeeble the ceramic bowl, but not to any great effect.

Personally, what I would try and do first would be to flush the toilet while using the 'Toilet Brush" as a plunger, pushing it contained by and out of the bowl to try and force as much water as possible through the pipework.

Tipping the river in from a elevation may aid the process by adding to the amount of 'head' (the cargo of the water forcing downwards pressure) contained by the toilet bowl.

Alternatively, Don't use the toilet tonight. Go out and buy a plunger in the morning. put it within the bowl making sure a nice seal have been administered and afterwards ram it backwards and forwards 10 or so times.

Or, permit your fingers do the walking in the Yellow Pages. Good Luck! :D
No, try this: Tip a bucket of hot sea rapidly from as large as possible (well, maybe up a ladder's going a bit far!)-stand backbone!
Next step, if that's a failure-use a stick..wire subsequent...and if that doesn't produce the beautiful music of stuff rushing hurriedly away to where it's supposed to progress, then try a cut rotten length of garden hose(better ask the gardener first! They sure won't be wanting it back when you're through beside it).
