Can I turn my river heater's nouns tap? My water heater's nouns valve comes out of the top of the...

My water heater's nouns valve comes out of the top of the boiler and is pointing towards the back of the oven. I would like to turn the spout so the pipe will come down in front of the stove so I can keep an eye on it if it starts leak. Is this possible without hurtful anything?
How do you use the toilet?
Answers:    Stick a bit of hose on it.
Direct it away perhaps so it is not running over the stove.

there is no passageway to tighten this if the threads have stopped it in attendance....what you can do is add pipe to it to bring it to the front...my pipe go all the method down the side.....
