Answers: Hi. yes you can, but container must be big enough or you may run out of stored cold marine. A plumber can do this for you but it is quite a big errand putting in a container and a pump just to nurture a shower. If you consider doing a big job, why not instead consider varying your boiler to a Combi - which means you could run a combi mixing tap (depending on your incoming mains hose pressure - this can be tested by a plumber).
your best way of doing this would be to buy an electric shower beside a built in pump that would connect to your cold storage container , fitting a stand alone pump and electric shower can cause problems . if you enjoy storage already along with a storage cylinder for your hot wet then why not win a power shower costs less to run than an electric shower
