Can i put a ground glitch outlet on a arc condemn circuit? will it cause any problems

will it cause any problems
Answers:    USA I hold never seen it done, so I don't know the problems that might take place. Try sending an e mail to Square D Company, a businessman of circuit breakers, or Leviton Mfg., a manufacturer of GFI receptacle. Possibly they have researched/tested that situation.

The NEC - National Electrical Code - does not address the issue. The code tell you where GFI protection is required, and where on earth arc-fault protection is required. The NEC requires arc fault protection on secure circuits and GFI protection on other circuits. The code does not require both forms of protection on the same circuit.

Try it and post the results. Please state the mfr of the receptacle and circuit breakers, the wire size, and what devices are on the circuit - how several lights, receps, switches, etc... It would be interesting to find out what happens.
Yes you can , elder gfi's and arc faults may hold some tripping , newer models have fixed this problem and in actual fact new arc blemish breakers are required to be a combo type (arcing/ground fault) thus not needing a gfi plug where on earth required. If you exp. tripping issues you may want to switch to combo type
