I got an Alarm System I lately Whan to know if there is any diference surrounded by the control panels of diferent brands?

Zone expanding devices are specific to each control panel not simply to each brand. Some will work beside multi panels from one brand, but usually it's basically the same panel single larger with more option.

Wireless devices are tricky. The field device (Motion PIR, contacts, glassbreak detectors, etc) inevitability a specific wireless receiver. Also keep hold of in mind if its a device need two way communications (Keypads) next it needs a wireless transciever. Most wireless alarm devices are individual made to work with a specific panel. The most diverse are devices from companies like Inovonics (http://www.inovonics.com/) which are designed to work next to multiple panels but have a specific wireless receiver for the devices and specific module to connect it to the different panel.

Conventional, or non addressavle, wired field devices can be used on any zoned alarm panel. IF the devices are addressable next they need a specific panel.
