Im wondering if it is ok to install a wall mounted a.c unit, vent into a garage? Does the tempature inside the garage affect the way my a.c section will run? Also after installed do I need to hold the city inspect it?

Do you tight-fisted you want to put a window ac that will blow cold nouns into your home and the rear coils will be inside the garage? If so, the section will over heat your garage. Yes, it iwll affect the value of the unit and cause your garage unbearable to be within. A city inspector will not pass this type of installation, so don't christen them if you really want to keep it within.
I would not reccomend this type of install. It costs more but they have unit now that hold an interior evaporator and a exterior condensor. Or, if you can find one, Home Depot carries a element that runs off of 110v and exhaust thru a 4" vent out of a glass. It is a portable ac unit. Better prospect for you.
