Can I convert two 15 amp outlets to one 30 amp outlet? I just get a new place (renting) and the garage one...

I just get a new place (renting) and the garage one and only has 15 amp outlets. Is here an adapter that allows the two to become one so to speak.
Answers:    No, you can't. 15 amp circuits are run with 14 rate wire. A 30 amp circuit requires #10 telecommunication. A dryer runs on 240V, as opposed to 120V contained by the other circuits. But it draws twice the amperage as well. There is no adapter that allows you to increase the amount of current a lead can carry. If you entail a 30A circuit, have an electrician run 10/3 for you. Sorry.
To even gross it work the two outlets would have to be on differing phases from the breaker box. They are probably on the same breaker person in the garage together. Anyway, no nearby is no way to net it work with an adapter or transformer or anything else short running a new stripe to the garage for the dryer - nor would it be legal.
