We have roomy frost free upright fridge freezer (50/50). It is approx 5yrs outmoded & still looks like untried but it has started to dance wrong. The fridge part is packed up properly so I cant really trust the freezer. I hate misuse & prefer to repair when it is feasable. Firstly is it possible to mend them & is this advisable? Also if we can find someone reliable to repair it is it more sensible to get bright one than to throw good money that we cannot afford on this one. Has anyone out near had experience of fridge/freezer problems? Did you repair & be it expensive?

Usually when the fridge part is had it and the freezer is working fine is not a big deal to fix. Some times the dash or the fan that transfers the cold is plug or out of action. try turning it off for a couple of hours and see if it works. if get somebody to fix it, it should be affordable
