I just remodeled my bathroom and I added an electric heated floor along next to a few receptacles. My electric wiring is on 2 circuits, the first goes: box-GFCI outlet-GFCI protected floor thermostat. The second go: box-GFCI outlet-switch-GFCI outlet-light-light-GFCI outlet. Are the GFCI's in any run going to trip each other? Everything is unusual and already sheetrocked. It all passed the first inspection.
Answers:    no, not if they are on two diff circuits resembling you said.
They are wired in parallel. And, NO, they will not trip individual wired in like line. Just engender sure they are tapped near pig tails contained by the box, and not straight through. If you use one GFCI to power the next one, explicitly just redundant.
