By boiler overflow pipe is spurting and leak? We just have our expansion tank replaced, afterwards the plumber thought it...

We just have our expansion tank replaced, afterwards the plumber thought it was the temp and he turned it down so immediately we have cold showers and a drizzly basement to boot! The pressure keep going up, and we get a spurt which almost other blows the hose off (we enjoy attached a garden hose to keep the wet from getting all over the floor).. and the rest of the time it's a slow trickle. We enjoy had the plumber out a bunch of times, but the problem starts right stern up again. He did bleed the expansion tank which help for a day or two, if that.... the pressure nouns valve be replaced not that long ago. It always builds up to above 30psi.. can anybody give support to me?

Answers:    have him remove the psi on the boiler and check the pressure contained by the diagram style tank should be around 12 (for 1-2 story house,) or if it's in recent times a conventional tank (no diagram)make sure it get all drained and that adjectives connections on the top is leak tight plus the chance little screw on the drain valve.
also if the boilers nouns valve is still leak when the psi is below 30 put a new one surrounded by (this might even be the only problem )
when ever i tweaking a tank i other replace the relief
1 more entity when they changed the tank it be the same size or bigger right
don't forget to turn the temp stern up on the boiler

Your boiler is going over temperature. That probably ability that the high aim switch is faulty or requests to be turned down. Obviously your plumber aint to shiney and you need to give the name someone who knows what he is doing. Not someone who newly likes to come within and start replacing expen$ive parts that dont need to be replaced because of a simple problem close to 'the high hamper switch switch is bad'.
