I just moved into a topical condo but it seems that my a/c is not cooling my condo. The supporter comes on but the temperture never goes down. the upper air coming out of the vents is reheat at best. Any help would be great.

Answers: Assuming you enjoy the controls set properly, and you aren't getting cold air, you enjoy a bad nouns conditioner and it needs service or replacement.
Call a serviceman. Unless you own the equipment and knowledge to troubleshoot this part, you will have to bring within a professional.
Go out to the ac have element, have someone surrounded by the house turn it on, you should here first the compressor kick on, afterwards the fan for inside. I bet your compressor is not kicking on. Without compression the coils dont grasp cold. Could be a fuse, or power issue. Need more info on the ac unit. power it pulls ect. If the atmosphere starts off cool, consequently warms after that, its possible your ac is "freezing" up.
