look around here,they can probably bring in any size you need,theres a box company right here where i live,it's call Chesapeake,but i gave it a shot in the see to find it,and couldn't,with different sites,cause i know they can net what ever dimensions for any box (custom made)

Answers:    Same places you rent trucks for moving have boxes for Dutch auction. You might have to put two together or cut one down to get exactly what you want.
