I have a 14x14 room that I need lone slightly cooled. We have a ceiling fan so that will serve with this. This unit is an joie de vivre star unit that says (based on 8c per killowatthour rates) that annually it should cost around $34.00. I understand that that was subsidise in 1995 that it was that low. I regard that it should be about double, but the landlord (who is roommate as well) say that if we use this, we will pay ALL extra to the electricity bill.
