My pully fell of in the backbone and i got a bright one and i go to put it on and the belt seem really loose and i put it on all the puillies what could it be???

Answers:    I would bet you enjoy the belt on wrong. Find your mower deck attachment manual and budge to the belt replacement section. There should be a diagram in that that will tell you the proper positioning of the belt to the pulleys.
