I live in an apt complex. I be just vacuuming when adjectives of a sudden, the vacuum and some of the lights went out. I checked the breakers, turned the one on and sour and it didn't do anything. I shut them all past its sell-by date, then on (had them past its sell-by date for just a second), still didn't concern. The same lights and my vacuum are still out. We don't have anything else surrounded by the plug I was using and I didn't own other things going on while vacuuming. (i.e. Dishwasher, tv, radios were adjectives off). Could there be something wrong next to the breaker? This never happened since we've lived here. One entry that popped in my mind is the construction they are doing contained by the unit below. Could adjectives the electrical tools they are using have blown my fuse? I call the maintenance and am expecting someone to come look at it, but I can't only just ask if all the stuff they are working beside below me did this.
Answers: Yes, it could be a bad breaker, but it sounds close to they cut power from another part of the building, if you turned the breaker adjectives the way stale, then pay for on, and nothing worked.
Of course, lots times you have to turn them sour, wait a few minutes afterwards try again, and if it still don't work, then power is not reaching the breaker.
newly ask - sure u can. there r some tools that hav main current draws. OR could be that the circuit is temporarily off for the construction change.
