Blockage contained by toilet? My toilet flushed fine for days, then when i took a shower...
My toilet flushed fine for days, then when i took a shower the tub back up. Once the tub was back up, the toilet, when flushed backed up also. Once the tub finally subsided the toilet then worked. I hold snaked the toilet and tub up to 20ft. The tub is now blocked again. I run the dishwasher and washing device yesterday and both worked fine. Any ideas.
I hold tried 20ft snake, plungers, draino etc.
Answers: It sounds like you hold a blockage in the outdoor strip, you need to find out where on earth the pipe runs and look for a "cleanout", most times a 20' won't get it, but you can sure try.....it really depends on the distance between cleanouts. If adjectives else fails phone call a plumber or purchase an expensive electric snake like they use.
YOU WOULD HAVE TO GET A LONGER SNAKE, A 20 FT SNAKE IS NOT REALLY THAT LONG. IF YOU ARE ON A SEPTIC SYSTEM, IT MIGHT NEED TO BE CLEANED
