I've been renting out an appartment for around 4 years in a minute and experiencing some of the sypmtoms associated to black mould. When i saw it growing out from under my bathroom wall (approx 5ft wall) i established to rip down the wall to re-do it but to my horror i found the wall COVERED WITH BLACK MOULD! Completley covered! I stopped after one wall and phoned the healthline but they didn't offer much give support to. And now i don't know what to do...is in attendance a number i should phone? how do i go almost cleaning this up? Now there are proabably millions of toxic spores floating around my appartment....uh oh.
What do i do...PLEASE?
Will insurance replace my prehistoric a/c next to...
Answers:    Mold - Mould However you spell it is beyond question a result of damp. In a bathroom it in general indicates a lack of drying.
A quick fix to snuff the spores would be to use neat bleach (no children around I hope) but long occupancy you have to go and get the correct ventilation to cure it for always.
Why they can maintain charging those?
