I've been within my flat for 3 years, since it was built, and I'm have quite a few problems near it recently, similar to leaks that hold damaged doors and carpet, the walls crumbling in places, things braking and river coming out of the bottom of my fuse box (a bit frightening)!!!
All of which I can't afford to get sorted!
I freshly wanted to know if anyone else are have these kind of problems next to new properties, or own had.
Any suggestions on what to do would be greatly appreciated!!!

Answers:    you will hold to contact either bellway its self direct or the nhbc which you should own a guarantee for tens years through them, or seek an independant builder and ask for a quote and see a solicitor near the quote, or contact consumer advice.
