The other day my girlfriend flushed the toilet and her full-size hair clip fell contained by the toilet and went down the drain. I be surprised that it even made it down because of the size of it. Now the toilet is completely clogged and overflows everytime that we try to flush. Is there anyway to fix this minus having to phone a plumber? We both plunged the toilet a lot and it's still clogged and I also used a metal coat hanger to try and acquire it out but neither of those didn't work.
Answers: you can buy a cheap snake at home depot for about ten bucks. if after snaking from the toilet you still enjoy a clog then you inevitability to snake your cleanouts. those would be the pieces sticking out of the basement floor beside a square nut on them
You should try a plumbing snake, available at the hardware store.
