Aweful smell contained by a house! miracle (tip) needed!?

So... We got this house. T It is contained by the best neighborhood of the town. It is pretty new (1970s), rooms are great size, wonderful backyard and vault , new roof, furnace, electrics...

It belonged to an aged couple. They both smoked and had a manly cat and a dog. Seems like over the second 10 years they have be (both) battling cancer. So between chemio, radiation, many treatments, the extermination of the husband 4 years ago (while wife kept battling cancer, diabetes and heart disease), this house hasn't be cleaned AT ALL all this years.

The cat never intellectual how to use the litter box and peed in the in one piece house.

Now we have the house and involve to figure what is crucial to make the smell draw from away... The floor is hardwood (great one). We think of paying a company to cavernous clean the floor. also to verbs walls, windows, doors, ceilling, and paint it.

Will it be satisfactory? will this smell ever come away?

We are trying not to change the floor (finances are not that good) and adopt suggestions!

Basically you are going to have own to strip the house down to zip. Drywall replacement may be obligatory or at the very lowest possible the paint is going to have to be stripped as much as possible after sealed beside a good sealer.
