I already changed the battery surrounded by the remote...

Once again, the remote has no effect...The door operate fine when I activate it from the interior button, however...

Any clues as to whats wrong, or what I can do?...Thanks

Answers:    sounds close to the remote needs to be reprogrammed. check your owners encyclopaedia to see the correct procedure to perform this
How do you repair a slate roof?
It wishes to be resynched. There is a button on the unit on top. If you get hold of a ladder you can push the button and after synch the remote to the unit. The table lamp usually will blink when it's time to program it. If I knew the brand designation I could tell you exactly how to program it.
