I'm confused with adjectives the stuff I've read about popcorn ceiling and asbestos. Can someone please help me:

1. What is the percent arbitrary that a popcorn ceiling contains asbestos if it was made during the 1970's?
2. Which is better: Remove, move out as is, or cover it?
3. How and when can one inhale this asbestos?
my best bet is to cover it, and that money air tight. when intact it isn't as insalubrious, it is when it is broken, etc, but i think that it is something specifically proven, not just speculated, to lead to cancer, and i have see race die from it and it isn't nice. if it can be removed by people trained to do so next maybe this is an picking, it depends on the cost and who and how many are individual exposed. i grew up in an asbestos house, so far i am ok. but we didn't progress pulling down walls or putting holes in them any. we know it is dangerous and should be treated as such.

no clue on #1

2. it requests to be removed and by a professional asbestos abatement company creating as little dust as possible

3. asbestos is harmful when inhaled as dust particle. it has be known to do a form of cancer called mesothelioma
Answers:    If it was a spanking new house built in the 1970s and the 'popcorn' be sprayed or rolled on the new 'drywall' gypsum board, near is no asbestos.... The product used did not contain asbestos.
If the product was used surrounded by an older house, at hand may be asbestos in the underlying ceiling board.
