it shouldnt cost only just anything. You can do it yourself. You can go to a hardware store or walmart or something and buy a cord and run it from a down stairs phone vein to the up stairs it would be a lot cheeper that track. you could probably also call you local phone company and they can come do it for you but it really shouldnt cost that much
