why is this happening the sea is very hot and even when the door is OPEN!!! the hose down keeps coming surrounded by the drum.I have no problem beside actual washing of late if i leave the clothes within the machine the sea comes and very hot.please relieve as i have have to turn off the major water supply as it flooded the kitchen this morning

turn the wash machine rotten at the socket if the water stops nearby is a fault beside the solenoid hot water contained by valve relay. If it does not stop after its the solenoid valve itself. Not to expensive to repair undemanding diy.
