Tried to obtain a permit to plane our house. Secretary told us that we would have to have a Survey of our city lot. The house is contained by the middle of the lot (not near a boundary). I relayed info to our contractor that we hired. He went above her person in charge and obtained the permit from her boss ( short the Survey) . Is this a law? My contractor had never have this request before. This is a small town in Texas and not a soul seems to be on the same page. Does anyone enjoy any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
