i just moved into a house with a swimming pool and want to hold on to it as sparkling as it is now before its gross but i dont want to hire a pool cleaner.. can anyone out there help me?
Answers: First entry to know are the parts of the pool, the pumps and the valves. The filter obviously filter the water. However, depending on the kind of filter you enjoy, it will require cleaning. Look at the guage on top of the filter. If reading is above 20 to 25 psi, cleaning of the filter is needed. Get a test paraphernalia to check on chlorine levels. Ideally, chlorine level should be around 1 to 1.5. If profoundly of people will be using the pool, you can raise chlorine smooth up to 2.0 before people start using the pool. Apply chlorine impulsive in the morning. Allow the chlorine to dissolve then start vacuuming/cleaning the pool. Attach one expire of the vacuum hose to the vacuum head and the other end to the suction inlet of the pool later vacuum as if doing the floor of your house. There will also be a time when you would need to brush the walls of the pool especially if you see algae growing. However if you maintain your pool, algae will not be a problem.

They have other taken the time to help and explain what to do to take vigilance of your swimming pool. They usually have good prices on their chemicals Go to a pool supply store. Buy a interview kit and ask for some paperwork for keeping the pool clean. Most stores own these printed out and as long as you are buying the chemicals from them, they are very helpful.
