Answers:    OK,,I had to research,,,I focus you are referring to a BELLING (brand name) BABY OVEN,,it really has nil to do with babies but appears to be a small apartment size collection with 2 surface cooking unit. A qualified appliance tech or electrician should be able to assistance.
