It's a HE frontloader that is rank and feet are on the brink in a most important floor utility room with wooden subfloor. It does NOT "walk" around. The spinning cycle is so brisk and powerful it vibrates the floor plenty that you can feel it on the second floor. It vibrate the phone off of a neighboring shelf.
Looking for something that could be put beneath the feet to do a great opportunity of absorbing the vibration back it transfers to the floor and rocks our world.

Pretty handy builders. If a lift box would do it, we could construct it. Just looking for something that would really work.
Answers:    Look surrounded by a catalog such as MSC aimed at machine shops . Machine shops stipulation materials to reduce/isolate vibrations. Also the pads intended for workers who stand within one area adjectives day--there are various types- might sustain. They are widely available from industrial supply places ( Grainger , HD supply, many others)
I'd start near stabilizing the floor under the washer next to x bracing and or floor jacks.
