Any counsel on fixing holes within my porch? I have a concrete yard in my rear yard and here...

I have a concrete yard in my rear yard and here are some holes in it. Most of the holes are smallish but near is one big one that is going on for 50cm x 30 cm but no more than 15mm deep at it's deepest point.

Any counsel on fixing it? Is cement the best thing to use? If so, how do I mix it?

Answers:    Use arranged mix. Just fill the holes and smooth.
Screw won't loosen or tighten- individual spins?
Use readymix and swarm, as suggested.
My reaction would be to use it as a planting pocket, teem with compost and grow herb for culinary use, if your patio is surrounded by full sun these are ideal conditions for growing herb.
