Just thought this might be a good place to bring a little plumbing push for.
I'm hooking up a 2500 gallon potable water reservoir 6' lower than my house. Trenching and pump house pad are surrounded by and I'm ready to install the pump and pressure cistern.
My question is....Where to install my foot spout.
Does it go earlier the pump or after the pressure tank?
Electrical put somebody through the mill?
Answers:    It should run between the pump and the source of water. Use a spring type check spout.

The foot valve is comprised of a bulk to help hold it straight and vertical surrounded by the chemical tank. It is also a check spout to keep a positive direction of flow.
