I have issues near loud crashing scratching noise in my attic. When I first told my tenant I was simply dismissed. After it happened again, I complained again and I be told a maintenance personage would go check possibly put some alarm to alert when it is at hand. I asked again and I was told someone did stir up and they found no animal and that they do not want to put poison because it would stink. Is there some compassionate of trap that can be placed to catch anything it is up there? Does it own to be done by a professional? The landlord seem to wash his hand of it once the maintenance being did not find an animal but it was possible the animal merely was not within at that time. The person did not even look to see if near was an first an animal could enter. The animal makes really loud noise in the year and late at darkness into the early morning hours. So loud that it is wake me from my sleep and this is a continuous problem..
