It has worked beside no problems, and then i be trying to make a turkey sandwich and afterwards it kept saying "close door" but the door be already closed, any clues?
Answers: It is probrably caused by a unsound micro switch in the inside door frame (there are two or three). I once have that problem, so after i unplugged the unit, i removed the cover of the microwave after removing four screw from the back and sides and beside a little wrangling, be able to replace the switch. The older one had grease in it and cause it to jam surrounded by the 'normally open' position.
