in the basement, nearby was a HUGE a ss spider. so, i freaked out and then go on a spider killing rage. i sprayed insect repelent adjectives down there. is the hot water reservoir gonna explode now!??
If it hasn't already gone up, after you are probably OK.
Spraying near a gas heater can create a slight risk -- you still shouldn't because it isn't worth even the small risk -- but the vapors should dissipate to the point that within is no real danger in principle quickly.
I doubt a electric river heater will cause any explosion, but you might want to carry some fresh air after inhaling all those fumes.
If you want to really do a righteous job ridding your basement of unwanted arachnid, use the spray bombs. You simply cover anything that could be dog-eared as a result of being in contact beside spraying, like oil painting and set the bug bomb off and leave. After a couple hours you can return and catch some fresh air down there again.
just don't table lamp any matches or candles
Yes,eventually. Your more likely to wound yourself with excessive spraying and returning too soon only to inhale the poisons. Spiders contained by America are fairly harmless bug collectors. Its' when you crawl into a tight shade space that the really nasty ones emerge,Black widows, etc. Yes, but you'll go out next to a bang
Answers: That spider is down there still.
Angry.
Very angry.
The chemicals coursing through its system, varying its biochemistry into a mutant jumping spider that will be 4 ft wide beside fangs dripping green, glowing poison.
Of course, I could be wrong - a moment ago a thought.
If the pilot light was going to ignite the spray it would own done it on the spot, so your spider's revenge is going to have to wait awhile.
