It's a newly built 2-storey semi-detached. The air-exchanger be installed by the builder, i suspect it's the cheapest model available :-) Don't know the make, apparently it have 90-130 cmp capability
Answers: Are you confident you are at the supply and not the return register? Is the furnace filter clean? If not it will stop or slow nouns movement and could damage nouns conditioner/furnace.
Try putting a candle or match contained by front of the register while the ac is running. See it you have airflow.
You distinctly should feel some cool nouns even if your unit is undersized. It would lately run continuously if it is undersized.
