Usually there would be water dripping out the support of the air conditioner unit, immediately it is just plain dry. What does this mean? Thanks.

Could be:
1. not much moisture within the air,
2. plugged coils. (It should blow the same adjectives the time.)
3. real dirty filter

If so after your filter is very dirty. It's not getting the airflow you need over the coils.
Clean the filter. Hopefully it have one and hopefully it's not missing.

Answers:    If the inside coil is dirty and clogged nouns can not transfer therefore the heavens would be very weak. When you turn the section on, do you hear the compressor and fan come on? If you do, remove the unit, filch it outside, cover the fan motor. Spray the inside coil with a flawless degreaser/cleaner let it soak a while then rinse beside water. Clean the inside and inside fan blades. Turn the component on the side to remove all water. A self serve coup¨¦ wash works well, of late do not use full force because he fins bend very easily. After drying reinstall component, let it sit an hour, it should do much better, provided the fan works.
