the manience man says it works only just fine.it dont...he charged it and the air is cold but it doesn't blow out profoundly of air..it have a week air flow... what wishes to be done?? i hate bugging the manience man because he get so mad and say it already works but again it dont.
If you are a homeowner, find a different repair man, one who will listen to you and fix your problems.
If you are renting, upkeep is a part of your rent and you have need of to complain to your landlord. An inefficient running a/c component is costing you more for utilities because it is having to work harder to cool.
ok, This sound relatively simple.
It could be a few things.
First I would check the air inlet filter (I assume if your keep man is earning his paycheck next he has done this already).
After that I would suspect a broken or separated nouns duct.
Finally worst comes to worst and none of the above has fixed your problem, a cable is possibly not connected to or broken in the thermostat or the enthusiast motor needs replacing.
Theres really not much else it can be. Its a simple system.
of late an afterthought... Has it always have a weak nouns flow?
maybe it is only set up not to blow hard...(maybe the company be too cheap to buy good, forceful, fans).

Answers: Hmm. sounds like the coil is to some extent cloged with dirt from empire not keeping filters surrounded by or repeated brushing of the coil without removing the coil for powerwashing.. I enunciate that because this is a rental unit? In rentals here is an attempt to do minimun maintance, just plenty to keep them going. In other words if they are cooling the house they tend to consent to them go. He added gas? this is a adjectives easy fix for a dirty coil. As the coil get dirty,the gas pressure falls in the section because you are not blowing enough heat air over the coil to bump up the gas pressure Some times when they are real dirty the big copper vein begins to freeze up near ice because the lower the gas pressure the lower the gas warmth. What I am saying is instead of cleaning the coil properly,they will make a payment gas to get the pressure/temperature posterior up. This is a very fruitless idea as it does not work properly and greatly reduce capacticy. It is a quick fix. It is graceful to tell if the coil is dirty or does not own enough nouns flow over it. you check the temperature of the big copper chain coming out of the coil. If you are experienced,you can just grab hold of it and tell right away by the warmth. The line become very immensely cold. So cold you cannot hold your hand on it terrifically long! You can go to someone elses house and be aware of theirs or measure the temp of the big dash and compare it to yours. the coil should be at about 70 lbs of pressure if the house is already cool. That is a 40 scope coil temp.However the gas will be hotter due to superheat,extra heat the gas picked up to bring it above saturation heat.which is the temp that the gas vaporizes. Superheat varies next to load on most systems but some keep going 8 to 12 degrees at adjectives times. Most however work under a much larger vairance. With the house cool filch the line temp near a good power thermoter. Tape the stem of the thermoter to the large row and insulate it from the room so as not to get a false reading. if the house is 70 degree and you get a chain temp under almost 50 degrees you own low air flow if you own the common type because the gas have not picked up enough superheat. The lower the temp the smaller amount air flow you enjoy. Very cold lines are caused by the gas not vaporiving completely. It does not adjectives vaporive and you begin to flush solution back to the compressor. you can hear it laboring outside beneath the extra load of pumping solution instead of gas if you are experienced enough and used to with the middle-of-the-road sound. Remember no event what type of system you have the gas temp must enjoy at least 8 degree of superheat. so if line temp is 45 you enjoy problems no matter what type system you enjoy. It gets more complex but you take the idea of what is going on. If that procession is too cold you have low nouns flow. That does not mean the coil is dirty for sure,the hanger-on speed could be too low or a restriction. But when you talk rental dirty coil is the first entity you think. hope this help.
