I am trying to get quotes on nouns conditioners. I've heard that Trane and Lennox are biddable. I've heard that Goodman is not so pious? Does anyone have unpromising experiences with any of these? The Trane quote (includes: condensing component, A coil, labor, and tax) is $2,491 with a 5 year parts warranty. The Goodman quote (same things included) is $2,110 next to a 10 year parts warranty. I'm just like a cat on a hot tin roof about the goodman. Any suggestion?

Answers:    I don't believe I have ever see this close a quote between Trane and Goodman for the same BTU etc. Would stir with Trane for sure if SEER, BTU, Refrigerant, etc. matching.
