There should be a knurled knob on the bottom of the tank. Open it when the tank is pressurized, and blow it out. The wet coming out will be filthy, so make sure it won't ruin whatever is below it. after you use and nouns compressor at the bottom there is a valve break open and let the air out and also this will hold compressor from rusting.
