Answers:    It's not a very practical entry to be done. I would suggest either building your own house or buying a different one. The process of constructing a underground room for a slab house would be far too expensive and laborsome. Not to mention that you would probably be without a house for awhile during the construction. And that's even assuming that at hand is enough stop on the property to move the house to during construction. Although, if you have the come to rest to move the house out of the way, it might be a better resort to just build the spanking new foundation (with basement) and then move the house onto it. Either track, it's still not going to be practical.
