A/C press, Not blowing rock-hard adequate to cool house, but cold adequate nouns is comming out? I guess this a multi question question. I am renting a house...

I guess this a multi question question. I am renting a house & i hold a 1 year old a/c system. Quick problem, a/c dosent cool house corectly. I have a thermometer & the atmosphere comming out of the vent gets to about 62-64, but it dosent blow intricate enough to cool the house. The unit is the right size to cool past its sell-by date the house. Last night it was 83 outside & 82 inside while the heavens had been runnign for 6+ hours? I havent gotten a unpredictability to check the insulation in my house, but when i turned the air on it be only 79 in the house, around 2pm, by 8pm it be still 82 in the house. I have read online that you can transmute the speed setting for the blower, but where is that located? On the system outside or inside the house? Also it isnt the filter i change that the afternoon we moved in just to be past the worst. I have been reading deeply about cleaning the system & nothing seem to help. What else can i do since i know the air is cold ample just not blowing very unyielding?
There is a disciple setting inside the unit and if power has ever be cut off to the a/c unit, it might own re-set itself to the lowest fan speed. It is usually located in the part outside. Don't let someone charge you some ridiculus amount to change the setting. I bet she's froze up.Run the devotee only for 30 minutes to check this. This will melt the frost or rime.If she's running continuously she could be low of refrigerant.
That will freeze the coil and make it run all the time and not cool.
Actually the atmosphere coming out of the vents should be much colder than 62-64 degrees. You have need of to call a HVAC repairman and get the section checked out, or it might possibly still be under a warranty. Check with your manager and inform him/her of the problem. The maintenance on the house and the heating/cooling system is his, not yours, unless you have agreed to verbs everything. could be a few things,

check fan motor,it could be faulty and nearly to fail

check gas charge

check the evapourator coil as it may be dirty or blocked

the fan speed setting should be on the control ,that should be within the house.

basically you have an nouns flow problem and not a refrigeration problem, its going to be a faulty fan motor ,wrong setting on control or dirty/blocked evapourator coil
I'm no expert but I have a 50-60 year antiquated house I've been working on for 2 years. I would start to eliminate stuff that could be wrong or right. I wouldn't suspect insulation but poor vent in the attic is counter productive to cooling your house. Cleaning the intakes in my house help both heating and cooling my house. Cleaning could be as easy as reaching within as far as you can with a brush. The professional cleaner guys...well I enjoy my opinions. Change your air filter every month regaurdless of what you reflect on. Its not that much money to replace. See if you can gain access to the fan see if it blows. Get a programmable thermostat if don't have one, that be a big deal for my house. What I also found out was that some vent in my house were too big while some be too small for the space it supplied air to. The bath vent be 10x10 while the bedroon was 3x10 inches. Crazy I know. Good luck working this out. You seem smart you'll take it. Keep all your blinds closed and try to keep as frequent lights off as possible. I'm not sure if it is a portable unit or not. If it is afterwards try putting a pan infront of the vent, if it isn't then I would hold your furnace fans checked to ensure that they are working properly. If all that isn't working resourcefully then have the HVAC guys come and check adjectives your ducting to make sure there is no core leakage somewhere in the ducts, pious luck.

Have you cleaned the evap.coils (at most minuscule once a year) and changed filters once a month? The air coming out should be below 50' if properly charged.Blower spead change usualy require a wireing option change. The nouns should be between 38 and 48 degrees coming out of the vents. You enjoy a system failure.
Answers:    diffently sounds like the fan is not blowing rock-hard enough. Not all blower unit have multi speeds Lock at your fan motor located within your air handler, if it has 4 wires typically ashen, red, black and white, you have a three speed those wires should plug into a board, depending on what termial there pluged into will resolve the speed. If your fan motor has singular a white and black there is no adjustment and I have see it where the fan motor is not capible of handling the nouns needed for air conditioning such as horsepower. Now a new nouns handler may even have dip switches to control the speed they can get really confusing if your not decipherable with the equipment. My advise is to look at the wires on the devotee motor and see where they go on the board. it will say aloud on the wire diagram what wires are what speed and make sure they are on the termial explicit for cool. If that don;t work you will need to call out a tech... I woud also approaching to add if you have a 30 scope differnce from your return grill to the air exiting the regesters. the refrigeration system is working correctly, high amounts of humidity will also lead to that number to be less then 30
