It is central nouns, we have never used it formerly as we only moved within to this house a few months ago. I don't know how old the section is, but not more than 5-10 years. When we turn the thermostat to "cool", vents inside blow nouns, but it's warm. There is power to the element outside, as it is humming, but the fan blades aren't moving. The part also generated plentifully of heat. (we solitary had it on for a minute or two) What could be the problem, and is it expensive to fix?? :)

Answers:    Its probably the fan belt. Or the supporter itself. And it looks about 5-7 years frail. It looks new almost.

Try calling a repair man or something. He can atleast look at it and wont charge u THAT much AHEM lol
