Above the stove microwave gone down? my daughter was supposed to set the timer for 40 minutes and...
my daughter was supposed to set the timer for 40 minutes and instead run the microwave for that long. Now it won't work.... is there a fuse somewhere or could it of late be dead? It is going on for 5 years old
Answers: microwaves aren't supposed to operate near nothing inside it, it requirements somethign to absorb adjectives that energy.
does the microwave do anything at adjectives or is it totally non functional?
I'd say it's probably adjectives out, although repairable with a module perhaps, microwaves are so cheap at the present time it's barely worth repairing.
do NOT try and dismantle it yourself unless you know what your doing, microwaves hold a large slow discharge capacitor inside them that holds a decent charge for reasonably sometime, and they need to be discharged since maintenance
you can look inside for a fuse ,or you can bring back one under $50.00 at wall-mart
