When the washing apparatus is going through the empty and spin cycle, the dirty marine comes back up through the pipes into my shower. The shower also empty really slowly so i think the drain is a bit blocked.
The wash machine is surrounded by the kitchen and the bathroom is some distance from the kitchen.
How can I fix this problem and what can i put down the drain to unblock it?
youre going to inevitability to call a plumber to come out and verbs out your traps/cleanouts. it may be broken piping, roots overgrown, or just a big clog. you wont be capable of tell until they dispatch an auger down in at hand then a camera to see what it is and what its going to cost you
I would check the pipe that the washing device go's into as you might have a bit of a blockage within.
I take it you bathroom is on equal level as you wash machine.
This would report me that the blockage is after the machine somewhere. You can buy a drin cleaner from a B&Q which is approaching a big wire next to a corkscrew type end. Have a rake around surrounded by the pipe with that and you can also capture a mister muscle type product that you pore down the drain and will clear it.
If this doesn't work then you will hold to start to take the bends that are down from your wash machine.

You live on the 5th floor of an apartment block so ask your neighbours if they are have problems as well. If they are later the problem is in the leading downpipe which will run from the top floor to the bottom and will require a plumber to "rod" the the main drainage pipe. Afraid Mr Muscle doesn't own big enough muscles for that work. If your neighbours do not have any problems consequently the pipework in your flat wishes looked at. Not knowing the layout of your flat means i can simply give you pointers. The wash machine and shower are plainly on the same pipework so i suggest buying a plunger and use it at the shower. If you meditate that the toilet could run on the same pipework as economically then use the plunger within first. Good luck
