A communal block of flats idle away pipes it is correct that they require anti vac traps to be fitted.shower and b a showervand basin afterwards to stack also kit sink

a showervand basin afterwards to stack also kit sink
Not other but as a precaution probably a good opinion. Basically what can happen is when the river from somewhere else is flushed away the air within the pipe can suck on the water surrounded by your traps and empty bit by bit, departure you with bleak smells coming up from the drain.

nearby is no requirement to fit them it depends on the existing set up
if the main dribble away stack is ventilated properly and/or the consume pipes from the shower etc (branches) are correctly vented next they are not needed.
if you own problems with the traps becoming dried out next the water may be self sucked out
the waste pipes could be enlarged to cope or anti vac traps added, other solutions also possible
Answers:    In a Communal Block of flats Anti syphon pipes are most probably already fitted, so merely ordinary traps are okay to use.
