4 year feeble Belling Oven Went in flames? This evening I was cooking a casserole for 3 hours on low...

This evening I was cooking a casserole for 3 hours on low temp. I go out and my husband noticed a burning smell coming from the oven. He thought it be the casserole opened the oven and checked it be alright. He turned it of and noticed a smell of formica burning. His express thinking saved our home from blowing to smitherines, as our hob is gas and adjectives the pipes are behind this. The ovens outer surrounds overheated and go onfire burning the kitchen units astern it. Obviously the insurance we have will cover the defile. But why did this go fiery and should it have and is it a criticize with Belling cookers should this enjoy happened. Maybe Belling are at imperfection here does anyone know.

Answers:    there is no means of access you can blame belling unless you can find out if anyone as had alike problem.
if you can find other people that enjoy had the problem and you can also prove belling be aware there be a chance of this scheduled.and they failed to inform you.
Then you would own a very accurate chance of claiming compensation
