1.5 yr. ancient dryer is bang! Help!?

We do a lot of laundry here, and it still dries ok but the banging is making me crazy! Any notion what is causing that? Is it something I can fix or do I need to call upon a repair person? Don't recall if it's still beneath warranty or not.
There are rollers at the back of the drum which support the weight of the drum. Odds are they are worn out cause the banging. it will need to be inspected to discover the exact. If you are able, then enjoy a look at it- although they are pretty heavy things- so get some oblige.

look at the center of the drum at the rear the drum is held on next to 3 screws on my dryer the drum had cracked and allowed movement rotten the drum so caused a knocking if this is so it wants a new drum It is not level. There are legs beneath it that need to be adjusted. You can do it. You inevitability someone to tip it while you are working on it.
Answers:    Don't know how good your skills are at dismantling things but if you like a provoke then go ahead, its most expected a spring that has detached. This may not be to hard to fix, compared to replacing the drive belt. I have a lot of fun with that one.

Also to hold on to in mind if your dryer is, some dryers have a reservoir where on earth the water condenses before anyone pumped out, when the machine is turned over the water displaces and stops this from doing its living properly. you will know if this happens as you will have marine poring out all over your floor.

I succeeded in fixing the piece of equipment in the end and I get to know it very well but it is not something would recommend. I have to dismantle a lot of the wiring etc. But if yours is newly a spring that should be much easier and may not require a lot of work.
