Answers:    There is too much protein in cow meat and other animal meat. (Processed or not)

Your best bet would probably be to go to your local pet store and get some small buffet worms or crickets about 1/3 the size of the trap. You can put them in the freezer for for a moment while to kill them. I know they are still bugs, but they will be dead bugs, which might be paid them a little more easier to manage for you.

After you take out them, you place them on the trap. You will have to wiggle the insect for a while to get the trap to close. The trap will only in some measure close and if you do not do the next step, the trap will "spit out" your food.

This is very essential, you can either gently (very hugely gently) squeeze the sides of the trap together a few times to stimulate the trigger hairs Make sure the sides touch each other. Or you can tremendously carefully insert a toothpick or a small straight paper clip into the fairly closed trap and move the trigger hairs a few times.

Make sure you are only feed it bugs 1/3 the size of the trap. If the bug is too large and the trap cannot fully close around it, mold and bacteria can form and the trap will turn black and fall down off.
they eat anything no they can't
They one and only eat bugs.
